Refund policy

Returns: All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Once the products have been opened, they cannot be resold or redistributed. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@beacoupbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges: We do not do exchanges.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make corrections. Also, take photos of the damaged or wrong item(s) and email them to us for review. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: Upon receiving the damaged or wrong item, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@beaucoupbeauty.com.
