Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7-10 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days using USPS standard Flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies to orders shipping to United States. Optional: We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada. 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beaucoup Beauty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges at the moment. Once the products have been opened, they cannot be resold or redistributed.                      

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@beacoupbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
